Our Store is operated using the Shopify ecommerce platform.

Shopify provides the technical ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to display and sell products and process customer orders.

Your purchase contract for products sold through hcmck.shop is concluded with Erik Hvid, unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and other information displayed on the Website are accurate and up to date.

However, minor differences may occur between photographs displayed on a screen and the actual product, including differences caused by:

• screen settings;

• lighting;

• photography;

• manufacturing tolerances; or

• product packaging updates.

Such differences do not affect any mandatory rights you may have if a product does not conform to the purchase contract.

Product availability is subject to stock.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products where permitted by law.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed during the checkout process at the time the order is submitted.

We currently offer free standard shipping.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders for which a binding purchase contract has already been concluded.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may contact you to correct the issue before accepting the order.

5. Placing an Order

To place an order, you must:

1. select the product you wish to purchase;

2. add the product to your shopping cart;

3. provide the required billing and delivery information;

4. select an available payment method;

6. submit your order using the checkout button.

Before submitting your order, you are responsible for checking that the information provided is accurate.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as an available payment method.

When you select COD:

• payment becomes due when the order is delivered;

• you must provide accurate delivery and contact information;

• you should ensure that you or an authorized recipient is available to receive the parcel; and

• the applicable COD amount must be paid to the delivery provider in accordance with the instructions provided at delivery.

Where available, the exact payment methods accepted by the delivery provider may depend on the carrier.

If a COD delivery cannot be completed, the parcel may be returned to us.

Repeated fraudulent or abusive orders may result in reasonable restrictions on future orders where permitted by law.

Nothing in this section restricts your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal.

8. Free Shipping

We currently provide free standard shipping for orders covered by our shipping offer.

Estimated delivery times shown on our Website are estimates unless a specific binding delivery date has expressly been agreed.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruption, customs procedures where applicable, or other exceptional events.

9. Delivery

Products will be delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that your:

Please contact us promptly if you discover an error in your delivery information.

If your order has already been dispatched, it may not be possible to modify the delivery address.

For Cash on Delivery orders, where a refund cannot reasonably be made through the original physical payment method, we may agree with you on an appropriate refund method, such as bank transfer.

Where legally required, such an alternative refund method will not result in additional fees for you solely because the alternative method is used.
